y-Coordinate Variable

Use this field to specify the variable whose values specify the y-coordinates for all of the spots on the microarray.

To Specify the Y-Coordinate Variable:

Specify the Coordinate Data Set.

All of the variables in the coordinate data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the y-coordinates of the spots on the array.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Y-Coordinate Variable field, as shown below:
