Row-Level Categorical Variables
Use this field to specify all of the variables whose levels are to form distinct categories in the ANOVA Normalization model.
Indicator variables are created for each level of each variable specified here, so it is important that there not be an excessive number of these variables, to avoid fitting too large of a model.
Note: The order in which you specify the categorical variables determines how theire effects and/or interaction effects are sorted.
To Specify the Row-Level Categorical Variables:
8 | Specify the Input SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
8 | Highlight the variable(s) whose levels are to form distinct categories in the ANOVA normalization model. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down while left-clicking on them. |
