IBD Data Set
Use this field to specify the name and complete path to the input IBD SAS data set.
This data set must contain the following variables: Marker, Pedigree ID (named the same as the one in the input data set), Individual1 ID and Individual2 ID (named the same as the Individual ID in the pedigree data set followed by a 1 and a 2), and the IBD probabilities z0 (optional), z1, and z2. The data must be grouped by Marker. If no annotation data is specified, the order of the values in the marker variables must match the order of the allele variables.
This data set is required for the Affected Sib-Pair Tests process. In the Quantitative TDT process, this data set is used for performing the Orthogonal Q- TDT, but is not needed for in nuclear families containing just 1 offspring
For detailed information about the files and data sets used or created by JMP Genomics software, see Files and Data Sets.
To Specify the IBD Data Set:
The method used for this specification can vary depending on whether JMP is connected to SAS on your local machine or connected to SAS on a server. You should refer to the Specifying Folders, Files, and Data Sets documentation for detailed information.
