Minor Allele Frequency at Marker Locus

Use this text box to specify the frequency of the minor allele at the Marker locus. The value entered must be between 0.0 and 1.0. A frequency of 0.05 is specified by default.

Note: This parameter is not available unless the Marker locus is disease locus box is unchecked.
