Reference Annotation SAS Data Set

Use this field to specify the name and complete path to the reference annotation SAS data set containing information about the SNPs.

This data set is compared to the specified Annotation SAS Data Set to determine whether the strand for a SNP needs to be flipped in that annotation data set.
