Use a variable threshold for including variants

Check this box to implement the variable -threshold approach (Price et al. 2010) that includes in the model only variants with a minor allele frequency (MAF) below a range of thresholds.

When this box is not checked, a fixed threshold, whose value is set using the Fixed Threshold parameter, is used.

Note: This option is available only when regression-based tests are specified in the Type of Model parameter.
