Cluster Center Variable
Use this field to indicate the variable whose values determine which marker is in the center of each cluster.
This variable must be a numeric binary variable. The marker is in the center of each cluster must have a value of 1. All other markers have a value of 0.
This variable is required to run the process when the option Add markers dropped out from marker reduction analysis back to the linkage groups is checked but is not used otherwise. This option is available only when a Cluster Variable has been specified
Note: This variable is named _KMClusterCenter_ in those cases where the input SAS data set was generated using the Recombination and Linkage Groups process.
To Specify the Cluster Center Variable:
