Color Variable Type

Specify whether the variable chosen for defining chromosome color is nominal (categorical) or continuous.

Choose Nominal if the color variable is character or numeric with few distinct levels (fewer than 10). Each value is assigned a color.

Choose Continuous if the Color Variable is numeric continuous. A continuous color scheme is used. The Number of Legend Levels must be specified.
