Copy Number File
Indicate the file containing the copy number values: either the Final Report file or the Paired Sample file.

To Specify a Copy Number File:
| 8 | Specify a Folder of Raw Files and Type of File. A File Filter Expression is optional. |
The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder passing the specified filter.
| 8 | Left-click a file from the Available Files field. |
