LGEN File

Specify a file in the LGEN format used in the long-format fileset.

Note: If this file is specified, a FAM file should be specified on the General tab.

To Specify an LGEN File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files.

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the LGEN File field.
