FAM File

Specify a .fam file, which contains the first six columns of the .ped source file. Refer to the PLINK website for additional details about this file format.

To Specify a FAM File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files.

All of the files in the Folder of Raw Files are displayed in the Available Files field.

Examine the list of available files.

Highlight the desired file.

Click to add the highlighted file to the FAM File field, as shown below.
