Statistical Test

This option produces two-sided t-tests at each distinct index value to compare the two groups.

For the paired t-test, the pairs are determined by the order of variables specified in groups A and B. Specifically, the first variable in A is paired with the first in B, the second variable in A is paired with the second in B, and so on.

A -log10 p-value spectrum from the selected t-test appears along the bottom of the mean and data plots.
