Framework Marker Name Variable

Specify the Framework Map variable containing values that match to column names of the marker variablesin the Input Genotype SAS Data Set. This variable must be specified so that the marker framework map can be correctly merged to the marker recombination matrix for forming linkage groups while honoring Framework Map groups.
