Compare Variables

Use this field to specify one or more variables with which you want to compare clustering results.

Compare Variables

These variables are not included in the clustering, but a separate heat map is constructed for them, sorted in the same order as the clustering heat map. This enables you to visually compare values to those that are clustered.

To Specify One or More Compare Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable whose values are to be used for comparing the clustering results.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Compare Variables field, as shown below:
