Variables by Which to Merge Annotation Data

Indicate variables that are to merge the results of this process with the first Annotation SAS Data Set specified on the Annotation tab. The values of these variables create a merge key used to perform the join. The variables specified here must be present in both the input data set and annotation data set.

If left blank, these are assumed to be the same as the Annotation Merge Variables.

To Specify One or More Variables by Which to Merge Annotation Data:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables to be used to key the merge. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the By Which to Merge Annotation Data field.
