p-Value Variable
Use this field to specify the variable from the Input SAS Data Set that contains p-values or -log10 p-values.
Important: This variable should be named consistently across all of the data sets. If different variable names are used, the additional names must be specified on the Other Variable Names tab.
The values in this variable are used when study p-values are combined together, weighted by the square root of sample sizes.
Note: This option is available only when Square root of sample size is selected as the Method to Use.
To Specify the P-Value Variable:
8 | Specify the Input SAS Data Set. |
8 | Select Square root of sample size as the Method to Use. |
All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
8 | Highlight the variable containing the p-values. |
8 | Click to add the highlighted variable to the P-Value Variable field, as shown below: |
