Study ID Variable

Use this field to specify the variable containing a unique value for each test used to merge the results from the different studies.

Each test must have the same ID value in the different study data sets, though the name of the variable can be different and specified on the Other Variable Names tab.

To Specify the Study ID Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the study ID.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Study ID Variable field, as shown below.
