Add Study

This process adds a genomics study. This is used for grouping together output data sets created for the same study. You can optionally select other data sets to initially include in the study.

Note: Output data sets from Import engines, Quality Control processes, and Normalization processes are included in the study.

What do I need?

You must specify, at a minimum:

a study name

•

an output folder

Important: The study name must conform to the Rules for Study Names.

Output/Results

The study and associated metadata is added to your database.
