Other Expression

Six processes are available to import from other formats into SAS data sets.

For input, all require a minimum of an Experimental Design File (EDF) and a folder of raw files.

As output, all create an Output Data Set and an Output Experimental Design Data Set (EDDS). Many also create a Spot Coordinates Output Data Set or other file.
