Data Standardize

Running this process for the DrosophilaAgingExample sample setting generates two output data sets accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Data Standardize process description for more information about this process.

Output Data

This process generates the following output data set:

Output Standardized Data Set: The output data set recapitulates the input data set with the standardized values replacing the raw input values. This data set can be used as input for a wide variety of analytical processes.

Output Statistics Data Set: This data set lists location and scale estimates used to standardize the input data set.

Note: You should visually evaluate the results of this process using the Distribution Analysis process before using the normalized data in subsequent analyses.
