Running this process using the samplegmdata_numgeno sample setting generates the tabbed Results window shown below. Refer to the Genomic BLUP process description for more information. Output from the process is organized into tabs. Each tab contains one or more plots, data panels, data filters, and other elements that facilitate your analysis.
The Results window contains the following panes:
Tab Viewer
This pane provides you with a space to view individual tabs within the Results window. The following tabs are generated by this process:
ROC: Present only when data contains binary dependent variables. Contains Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) plots and several related statistics.
•
•
SAS Output: Lists the output from the SAS procedure used to fit the model.
Drill Down Buttons
Action buttons provide you with an easy way to drill down into your data. The following action buttons are generated by this process:
•
: Click to launch the Progeny Simulation process with selected data and specifications preloaded as input.
Output Data
This process generates the following output data sets:
•
Variance Component Data Set:This data set contains variance component estimates for the random effects present in the mixed model.
•
BLUP Data Set:This data set contains Best Linear Unbiased Predictions (BLUPs) for the random variables present in the mixed model.
For detailed information about the files and data sets used or created by JMP Genomics software, see Files and Data Sets.
