Gene Model Text File
Use this field to specify the full path and file name of a text annotation file that defines a gene model that can be used for read summarization by exon and intron bins.
This file must be in the same format as the gene model files available from the Table Browser of the UCSC Genome Browser web page.

To Download an Existing File For Use in this Process, or as a Template for Creating Your Own:

| 8 | Select the genome and genome build that corresponds to your genome of interest. |
| 8 | Choose an available isoform table for that genome. |
| 8 | Save the resulting file as a text (.txt) file. |

The method used for this specification can vary depending on whether JMP is connected to SAS on your local machine or connected to SAS on a server. You should refer to the Specifying Folders, Files, and Data Sets documentation for detailed information.
