QC Control File
Specify the full path and filename of the .QCC (QC Control file), which lists the control probesets.
Note: It is not necessary to specify the .QCC file as long as it can be found in the library folder specified under the General tab. If the field is left empty, the default filename is the chip type concatenated with the latest file version.

To Specify a QC Control File:
| 8 | Depending on the process, specify either a Folder Containing the Library Files or Folder Containing Other Library Files. |
The Available Files field is populated with relevant library files.
| 8 | Click the desired QC Control File. |
| 8 | Click the  button to add the selected QC Control File to the QC Control File field. |
