Output Allele Intensity Data Set

For the Affymetrix Cytogenetics and SNP CEL Input Engines:

Name the SAS data set created from input files and summarized as allele- level intensities for each SNPs .

Note : When this field is left empty , the specified name of the Experimental Design File concatenated with " _snp " is used.

Caution : Names longer than 32 characters are truncated.

To Specify an Output Allele Intensity Data Set:

Specify a Summary Method other than “None” on the Summary tab.

The field is now activated.
