For the Illumina Copy Number Input Engine:
Name the SAS data set containing the X and Y allele intensity measures that are exported from BeadStudio. This data set is created only if both the X and Y columns are exported from BeadStudio and selected to be imported. This data set has 2 rows (one for the A allele, one for the B allele) for each SNP .
Caution : Names longer than 32 characters are truncated.
