Color Theme

Select the theme that defines the hues of colors used.

Note for JMP Genomics Browser process: The colors are used to color the genome on a continuous scale with Avg_NLP. After running this process, a setting for Chromosome Color Theme is created which you can use to adjust the theme.

To Change the Color Theme:

Note for JMP Genomics Browser process: If the Color Theme field is not already activated, select Input Data Set for the Construct Color Theme using: option.

Left-click the Color Theme drop-down list box to reveal the choices.

Left-click the desired Color Theme.
