Specify the form of the initial output. Note the following:

•	Chromosome Color Plot requires a Chromosome Color Theme Settings File specified on the Color Theme tab. This file must be compatible with data in the Input SAS Data Set. Values of chromosome and position variables must match.

•	Transformation of Output p-Values is always -log10 in the Chromosome Color plot.

•	If variables other than p-value variables are used, this option is automatically set to Chromosome Color plot.

To Specify the Form in Which Output Is Displayed:

To specify a form other than Chromosome Color plot, first ensure that Type of Continuous Variables to Plot (located on the General tab) is set to p-Values.

The Display Output as a: field is activated.
