Enter a numeric value to be used as the starting cutoff for displaying bars representing the values of the continuous variables along the chromosomes.
Tip: Following the execution of this process, you can dynamically adjust this cutoff with a slider. Also, a horizontal reference line is drawn at this value in the overlay plot.

Select Other for the Type of Continuous Variables to Plot on the General tab, to activate the Initial Cutoff for Displaying Bars field.
