Tip: Deselecting this option can be useful when the Input SAS Data Set is very large and you want to drill down to significant regions shown using a chromosome color theme. You can also reduce the size of the plotted data set by using the Filter to Include Observations option on the General tab.
Note: The check box is available only if the Display output as a: option on the Output tab is set to Chromosome Color Plot.
