Value Ordering for Nominal Variables

Specify a list of quoted (“”) values of the nominal variable to color by.

For example, a specified color variable with values A, B, and C can be reordered to sort as C, B, A by entering the string "C","B","A".The values are displayed in the legend in this order.

Note: If this field is left blank, the values of a nominal variable are sorted in alphabetical order.

To Specify the Value Ordering for Nominal Variables:

Ensure that Nominal has been chosen as the Color Variable Type.

Type a list of quoted (“”) values, separated by commas, into the Value Ordering for Nominal Variables text field.
