Model Report Options
Model Selection
Displays a submenu of choices to use as the model selection criteria. The choices are AICc, BIC, and GCV. For more information, see
Likelihood, AICc, and BIC
in the
Fitting Linear Models
book.
Plot Basis
Shows or hides a plot of all the basis functions on one graph.
Diagnostic Plots
Shows or hides the Diagnostics Plots report. See
Diagnostic Plots
Model Summary
Shows or hides the Model Summary report. See
Model Summary
.
Functional PCA
Shows or hides the Functional PCA report. See
Functional PCA
.
Save Data
Saves the modeled data to a new data table. The modeled data are saved in the stacked data format.
Save Summaries
Saves the model summary statistics for each function to a new data table. The name of the new data table describes the model fit. The summary statistics included are the summary statistics that are specified in the Function Summaries report. See
Function Summaries
.
Remove Fit
Removes the model report for the specified fit.
