Hierarchical Clustering

The dendrogram of the Hierarchical Clustering sub-report shows whether individuals can be clustered into subgroups based on their genetic relationship. Complementary to the principal components scores (continuous features), each individual in the sample can be assigned to a cluster (categorical feature), and this feature of cluster numbers can be also used in subsequent analysis, such as GWAS. The Two Way Clustering option in the Hierarchical Clustering sub-report can be turned on to produce a head map of relationship estimates among individuals, which is very useful to visualize the range of estimates graphically among all pairs of individuals.
