Open Files in a Project

In a JMP project, you can open data tables and then run analyses on the data. Each data table and analysis report opens in a new tab.

1. From a project window, select File > Open and browse to the data tables that you want in the project.

2. From a data table, run an analysis.

If a data table is updated on your computer, any associated reports in your project update when you reopen the project.

Tip: In JMP projects you can use common keyboard shortcuts, such as Ctrl+S to save a file, or Ctrl+W to close the active window. To see a list of all the keyboard shortcuts, install the Documentation Add-in from https://jmp.com/doc-addin and then select Help > Documentation PDFs > Keyboard Shortcuts.
