Build a constant stress accelerated life test (CSALT) design by selecting DOE > Special Purpose > Constant Stress ALT Design. The Constant Stress ALT Design report updates as you specify and review test plans. To save the design, use File > Save As to save as a *.jmpdoe file. This enables you to save the plans that you have explored. Use the Make Table option within a plan to generate a data tables for a specific test plan.
