The File Menu

The File Menu in the Menu Bar contains additional JMP Genomics commands and processes.

You are strongly advised to run Set Life Sciences Preferences to optimize JMP preferences for JMP Genomics processes.

You might want to run Configure Life Sciences Settings to specify default folders and other behaviors. You must run it if you need to specify grid computing or proxy server settings.

The Load Life Sciences Setting command is useful for loading a previously saved Life Sciences setting file corresponding to any process. See Saving and Loading Settings for more information about settings files.
