The y-axis of the volcano plot indicates the value of -log10 p-value for the response. The x-axis represents the value of estimated coefficient corresponding to the effect(s) applied in the model.

Note : The effect "Response" is the measurement from the input data set.

This Volcano Plot shown here indicates that survival is not significantly (as based on the specified Bonferroni-adjusted 0.05 cutoff) affected by any of the features applied in the model shown in this example.

Color Key: The -log10 p-value for the response for each subject is indicated by the colors shown in the key.
