Use this field to specify the variables to be added to output data sets.

Variables specified here can include treatment/condition variables associated with whole arrays.

Note: Variables already specified in RNA Design Variables to be Added in Output Data Sets do not need to be specified here.

To Specify One or More DNA Design Variables to Be Retained:

Specify the Experimental Design SAS Data Set of DNA Intensity.

All of the variables in the EDDS are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Highlight one or more variables.
