RNA Design Variables to be Added in Output Data Sets

Use this field to specify the variables to be added to output data sets.

Variables specified here can include treatment or condition variables associated with whole arrays.

Note: Variables already specified in DNA Design Variables to be Added in Output Data Sets do not need to be specified here.

To Specify One or More DNA Design Variables to Be Retained:

Specify the Experimental Design SAS Data Set of RNA Intensity.

All of the variables in the EDDS are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the RNA Design Variables to be Added in Output Data Sets field, as shown below:
