Value Ordering for Nominal Color Variable
Use this field to specify the order of the values of the nominal variable to color by. This also determines the order in which the values are displayed in the legend.
To Specify the Value Ordering for Nominal Color Variables:
8 | Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set to activate the Color Variable field. |
8 | Specify a Color Variable to activate the Color Variable Type field. |
8 | Select Nominal as the Color Variable Type to activate this field. |
8 | Type the values in the text box in the desired order. Each value must be contained with double quotation marks (“”). Values must be separated by commas. |
Example: A specified color variable with values A, B, and C can be reordered to sort as C, B, and A by typing "C","B","A" in the text box, as shown below:
Note: If this field is left blank, the values of the nominal color variables are sorted in alphabetical order.
